These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Ironcore Fitness, a gym and personal training provider in Bengaluru. Services

Ironcore Fitness provides gym access, group HIIT classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. Services, schedules, and fees are subject to change. Bookings and payments may be required in advance.

Memberships, Bookings and Payments

Membership terms, cancellation policies, and fees are described on sign-up and may vary by plan.
Payments may be processed via third-party payment processors. You authorize such processors to charge agreed amounts.
Refunds and cancellations are handled per our stated policy at the time of purchase.

Health, Safety and Conduct

You must provide accurate health information and notify trainers of relevant conditions. Participation is at your own risk.
Follow trainer instructions, facility rules, and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Ironcore Fitness is not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence or undisclosed medical conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website and materials provided during training (programs, plans, images, text) are owned by or licensed to Ironcore Fitness. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at qa-builder@neweb.ai of any unauthorized use.

Privacy

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironcore Fitness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the preceding 6 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or dangerous conduct. You may cancel memberships per the cancellation policy; obligations accrued prior to termination remain payable.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
